Why your restaurant brand matters.

Even more than your fresh food, friendly staff or any free chocolate cupcake. Your restaurant brand is what a customer thinks when they drive by your dinning establishment. Your restaurant brand is what they feel when they see your website and your restaurant brand is what they expect when they select your place over one your competitors.

A restaurant brand is the sum of all actions, emotions, events and communications surrounding a place of business that purveys food, beverages, entertainment and memories.

Marketing is the process to get and keep customers but the brand is the end result for all your efforts and is the glue that keeps customers loyal and proud word of mouth ambassadors.
